Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026These Terms of Service explain the basic rules and conditions for using our website, contacting us, and ordering our virtual aviation livery services.By using our website, contacting FlightFlow, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About FlightFlow
FlightFlow provides custom virtual aircraft livery services, primarily for flight simulation use. Our services may include custom designs, edits, revisions, previews, file preparation, and related digital delivery work.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property owned, created here, published, displayed, or provided by FlightFlow, remains the property of FlightFlow unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing. This only relates to FlightFlow's content, not purchased content.
This includes, but is not limited to, FlightFlow’s name, branding, logos, website designs, advertising materials, text, graphics, icons, images, screenshots, audio, video, software, code, layouts, visual style, promotional content, design concepts, previews, and other original materials created or used by FlightFlow.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, upload, resell, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit FlightFlow’s intellectual property without prior written permission from FlightFlow.
Purchasing a custom livery or receiving a delivered file does not transfer ownership of FlightFlow’s brand, website materials, advertising materials, source files, design methods, templates, or other intellectual property. Customers receive only the purchased file and right to use the final delivered product for its intended flight simulation purpose, unless a different written agreement is made.

FlightFlow conducts all business through Fiverr. If your order is placed through Fiverr, your order, payment, communication, delivery, revision requests, disputes, cancellations, and refunds must follow Fiverr’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and order process.FlightFlow’s own Terms are intended to explain our service expectations, but they do not replace Fiverr’s rules for Fiverr-based orders.3. Payments Through Fiverr Only
All payments for FlightFlow orders are handled exclusively through Fiverr. FlightFlow does not accept order payments through PayPal, Discord, direct bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or any other external payment method.Because Fiverr processes order payments and related transaction data through its own platform, payment-related information is handled according to Fiverr’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. FlightFlow does not directly collect or process payment card details, PayPal details, bank details, or other external payment information for Fiverr orders.4. Communication
Customers are expected to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally. Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, spam, or manipulative behavior will not be accepted.For Fiverr orders, order-related communication should remain on Fiverr so that messages, requirements, revisions, deliveries, and disputes are properly documented.5. Customer Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order requirements, including aircraft model, simulator version, references, logos, screenshots, colors, design notes, and any other information needed to complete the order.Delays caused by missing, unclear, incorrect, or changing requirements may affect the delivery timeline.6. Patience and Delivery Times
FlightFlow makes reasonable efforts to complete orders as quickly and professionally as possible. However, custom livery work can take time, especially during periods of high demand, technical issues, complex customer requirements, or unexpected production delays.Customers are expected to remain patient and respectful while the order is in progress. A delay alone does not automatically mean the work has been abandoned or that a full cancellation is appropriate, unless Fiverr’s own order rules allow cancellation or a cancellation is approved through the proper Fiverr process.7. Revisions
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the original order requirements. Revisions may include correcting errors, making small design adjustments, or refining details based on the agreed order scope.Major changes, new concepts, different aircraft models, different simulator versions, or requests outside the original scope may require a new order, extra fee, or extended delivery time.8. Previews and Customer Approval
FlightFlow may provide screenshots, previews, progress images, or sample views of the livery before final delivery.If a customer confirms that they are satisfied with the shown work, approves the design, or accepts the direction of the project, that confirmation may be considered when evaluating later revision, cancellation, or refund requests.A customer may not request a full cancellation simply because they later changed their opinion after previously confirming satisfaction with provided previews or images of the file. In these cases, FlightFlow may offer reasonable revisions or, where appropriate and allowed by Fiverr, a partial refund instead of a full cancellation.9. Cancellations
Cancellations are handled according to Fiverr’s order process for Fiverr-based orders. FlightFlow generally only supports cancellations in specific cases, such as:The order cannot reasonably be completed.The customer has not provided required information.There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.Fiverr’s policies allow or require cancellation.FlightFlow and the customer mutually agree to cancel through Fiverr.The order requirements are impossible, unsafe, misleading, or outside the agreed scope.
Late delivery by itself does not automatically mean FlightFlow will agree to cancel an order, especially if work has already started, previews have been provided, files are being prepared, or the delay is caused by complexity, technical issues, high demand, or missing customer input.However, in some cases, if an order is late and a cancellation is approved through Fiverr or required by Fiverr’s process, the cancellation may proceed according to Fiverr’s rules.10. Refunds
Refunds for Fiverr orders must be handled through Fiverr. FlightFlow does not issue direct refunds through PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, Discord, or any external payment method.If a full refund or cancellation is approved, the customer must not use, upload, modify, distribute, sell, resell, claim, transfer, or publish the refunded product, preview, file, design, or related materials. A refunded order means the customer no longer has permission to use the work provided by FlightFlow.11. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full cancellation. This may apply when work has already been completed or partially completed, previews have been provided, the customer previously expressed satisfaction, or only part of the order is disputed.Partial refunds are only available where allowed by Fiverr and must be handled through Fiverr’s approved process.12. Use of Delivered Files
After an order is completed and paid for, the customer may use the delivered files for their own flight simulation use, or provide the file to their virtual airline team. Customers may not resell, redistribute, reupload, claim authorship of, or commercially exploit FlightFlow’s work unless FlightFlow has clearly given written permission to do so.
Customers may only share the purchased file with their team, group, company, and/or other known individuals.13. No Resale or Misuse of Refunded Work
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or partially refunded in a way that removes or limits the customer’s rights to the work, the customer must not use the refunded work or resell it in any form.This includes livery files, screenshots, previews, source materials, design concepts, modified versions, or any files created by FlightFlow as part of the refunded order.
You are required by law, FlightFlow's Terms of Service, and Fiverr's Terms of Service to stop using or selling the refunded product.
If your product is discovered on a separate platform as 'available' after a refund, you will be held accountable by law.14. Third-Party Platforms
FlightFlow may use or link to third-party platforms such as Fiverr, Discord, Flightsim.to, PayPal, or other services. These platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and account systems.FlightFlow is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, payment processing, or data handling.15. Limitation of Liability
FlightFlow provides digital livery services for entertainment and flight simulation purposes. We are not responsible for simulator updates, third-party aircraft model changes, installation errors, conflicting add-ons, user modifications, or platform-related issues outside our control.
FlightFlow may choose and will often help you, update your file, or provide instructions and advice for you, but is not required by law to do so.To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightFlow is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, account issues, platform restrictions, software problems, or damages caused by misuse of delivered files.16. Delay Compensation
If an order is delayed, FlightFlow may offer compensation as a goodwill gesture in most cases. This may include up to a 30% discount, where appropriate and allowed by Fiverr, usually applied through Fiverr’s discount coupons, approved order, or custom offer.
In rare cases where an order is severely late, FlightFlow may offer an additional future livery free of charge, in addition to the discounted order as further compensation. Any future free livery or discount must still be arranged through Fiverr or in a way that does not bypass Fiverr’s payment, communication, or order policies.
Delay compensation is discretionary and depends on the circumstances of the order, including the amount of work already completed, the reason for the delay, the customer’s communication, and Fiverr’s rules. Delay compensation does not automatically create a right to cancel, refund, resell, or use refunded work unless Fiverr’s process or FlightFlow’s written approval allows it.17. Changes to These Terms
FlightFlow may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.18. Contact
